This course is suitable for all individuals within a financial services firm.

The ability to know when something is inappropriate, and the confidence and knowledge to call that out, should be embedded throughout the firm. Every person, in every role, should be aware of the potential issues for them to raise awareness of, and exactly how to do this.

Ensuring everyone in your firm is fully aware of the regulatory responsibilities in this regard will help to protect your firm and, ultimately, the end client.
