This course is designed to deliver knowledge of, and practical training in, the role of the administrator in a financial services firm – a fundamentally key one, driving the quality and efficiency of all other functions, as well as the experience the client receives.
The course is aimed at someone with little or no financial services experience, with modules broken down into bitesize chunks making content manageable. The course is delivered via 4 modules, you can read more about each of them on the ‘topics’ tab.

It would be the perfect introduction to financial services for someone who has little, or no, previous experience.
It is also a foundation for any individual regardless of their future career aspirations; whether remaining in an administration role, developing to paraplanning, or potentially moving to advising, the principles in this course provide a base level of knowledge suitable for all financial services professionals.

The whole course requires completing, along with the end of course assessment. This has a minimum pass mark of 65% to be achieved in order to successfully pass the course.
Upon completion of this course, you will be recognised as having attained the Art of Financial Administration training course, from The Art of Finance.
