Consumer Duty is one of the largest pieces of regulation from the FCA in a number of years. Their expectation is that this will lead to a culture shift throughout financial services. So everyone in the industry needs to understand the Duty; the new Principle, the cross-cutting rules and the outcomes, and how all of this should be implemented for one purpose - the good of the end client.
