One of our main ambitions is to make people outside the profession discover how rewarding a career in finance is, but we’ve discovered a few barriers along the way. One of which is forgetting all about the basics. For example, financial administrators creating client reports without knowing what a fund really is. Unsurprisingly, omissions like these are how errors and inefficiencies occur, plus it’s not quite living up to the excitement we were shouting about earlier.
This is where we can help. In one module, we have conveniently wrapped up an introduction to personal finance, the economy, investment assets, product wrappers, job roles and key regulation. All of which is broken down in plain, simple language that can be relatable to everyday life. We hope that this will offer a great introduction to those who are new to finance, or to provide support to those who are already doing the day job and just need help with the foundations.
