Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) is a UK initiative which hopes to reduce harm to consumers and strengthen market integrity by raising new standards of personal conduct for everyone working in financial services.
We hope that all firms are comfortable with implementing SM&CR into the processes.
